Half day - 4 hours
The meeting room is at your disposal for four hours between 08:00 and 17:00. Price includes drinks for up to 10 participants.
Price: DKK 1,950 excluding VAT
Full day - 9 hours
You have the meeting room at your disposal all day. The session ends at 5:00 p.m. – this can be extended by arrangement. The price includes beverages for up to 10 participants.
Price: 3,800 DKK excl. VAT.
Evening - 4 hours
The meeting room is available after 5:30 p.m. The end time can be extended by arrangement. The price includes beverages. Bookings can be made for up to 14 participants.
Price: 2,150 DKK, excluding VAT.

Rent the entire building
Do you need more space?
If you're planning a large event or need to hold focus groups, you can rent up to four floors in the rear building. Our largest meeting room, The Big Secret, is 100 square meters. It seats 14 people and features 6 workstations, a full kitchen—and a wood-burning stove. The rear building has hosted everything from fashion houses to political campaigns.
Price per day for The Big Secret: 7,600 DKK
Focus groups
You have the opportunity to conduct focus groups in an exceptionally comfortable and relaxed setting. Sessions take place in our 14-person meeting room on the third floor, where you’ll find a 65-inch The Frame TV for your presentation. And you can monitor the session from the meeting room on the ground floor.

Payment options
Invoice for the meeting will be sent when your meeting is confirmed by us. In the email there is an option for card payment. Payment must be made within 8 days to keep the booking.
The price shown is without VAT, which will be added. When paying by card, Clearhaus will add a 2.5% acquiring fee.
Are you from abroad? Please note that Danish VAT is payable for services delivered in Denmark. You have the option to deduct the VAT in your home country.
Cancellation
You can cancel the meeting room free of charge up to 3 weeks before the meeting. If you wish to cancel less than 3 weeks before your meeting, a fee will be charged:
- For cancellations 8-21 days before the meeting date, a fee of 25% of the invoice amount is payable.
- For cancellations 4-7 days before the meeting date, a fee of 50% of the invoice amount is payable.
- For cancellations 1-3 days before or on the same day as the meeting date, the full invoice amount is payable.
Discount
We reward returning customers with 15% off the list price.
If you book the meeting room for several days or several meetings at once, there is a discount on the list price.
