Half day - 4 hours

You have the meeting room at your disposal for four hours between 08:00 and 17:00. The price includes drinks for up to 10 participants.
Price: DKK 1,950 excluding VAT.

Full day - 9 hours

The meeting room is at your disposal all day. End time is 17:00 - can be extended by agreement. The price includes drinks for up to 10 participants.
Price: DKK 3,800 excluding VAT.

Evening - 4 hours

Here you can use the meeting room in the evening hours after 18:00. End time is 22.00 - can be extended by agreement. The price includes drinks for up to 10 participants.
Price: DKK 1,950 excluding VAT.

Rent the entire back house

Do you need more space?

If you're planning a large workshop or event, you have the option to rent up to 4 floors in the back house, including an extra large meeting room for 14 people, 8 workstations, a full kitchen - and a wood burning stove. The Backhouse has hosted everything from fashion houses to political campaigns.

Payment options

Invoice for the meeting will be sent when your meeting is confirmed by us. In the email there is an option for card payment. Payment must be made within 8 days to keep the booking.

The price shown is without VAT, which will be added. When paying by card, Clearhaus will add a 2.5% acquiring fee.

Are you from abroad? Please note that Danish VAT is payable for services delivered in Denmark. You have the option to deduct the VAT in your home country.

Cancellation

You can cancel the meeting room free of charge up to 3 weeks before the meeting. If you wish to cancel less than 3 weeks before your meeting, a fee will be charged:

- For cancellations 8-21 days before the meeting date, a fee of 25% of the invoice amount is payable.
- For cancellations 4-7 days before the meeting date, a fee of 50% of the invoice amount is payable.
- For cancellations 1-3 days before or on the same day as the meeting date, the full invoice amount is payable.

Discount

We reward returning customers with 15% off the list price.

If you book the meeting room for several days or several meetings at once, there is a discount on the list price.

  • The Secret Canal Cruise

    Enjoy your break or lunch in the canals of Copenhagen aboard our partner's beautiful Venice Water Taxi. It was built in 1981 and can accommodate 12 passengers. Price on request.

  • The Secret Hideaway

    Out-of-town guests for the meeting? The Secret Studio is located 1 minute from the Metro in Frederiksberg C - a complete apartment with everything you need for 1 or 2 people. Price: 1,000 DKK per night.

  • The Secret Shoot

    Start or end the day with new portraits for your guests. We have 2 photographers from the global top 200 list in the building and they have a studio right above the meeting room. It doesn't get any easier than that.
