The Big Secret Meeting Room

Rent the entire building
Do you need more space?
If you’re planning a large event or need to hold focus groups, you can rent up to four floors in the rear building. We have facilities that can accommodate up to 24 people in total, including six workstations, two fully equipped kitchens—and a wood-burning stove. The rear building has hosted everything from fashion weeks to political campaigns.

Payment options
Invoice for the meeting will be sent when your meeting is confirmed by us. In the email there is an option for card payment. Payment must be made within 8 days to keep the booking.
The price shown is without VAT, which will be added. When paying by card, Clearhaus will add a 2.5% acquiring fee.
Are you from abroad? Please note that Danish VAT is payable for services delivered in Denmark. You have the option to deduct the VAT in your home country.
Cancellation
You can cancel the meeting room reservation free of charge up to 3 weeks before the meeting. If you wish to cancel less than 3 weeks before your meeting, a fee will apply:
• For cancellations made 8–21 days before the meeting date, a fee of 25% of the invoice amount will be charged.
• For cancellations 4–7 days before the meeting date, a fee of 50% of the invoice amount will be charged.
• For cancellations 1–3 days before or on the same day as the meeting date, the full invoice amount will be charged.
Discount
We reward returning customers with 15% off the list price.
If you book the meeting room for several days or several meetings at once, there is a discount on the list price.
