How much does it cost?

The Secret Meeting Room / 8 people:
Half day: 2 ,150 DKK excl. tax
(4 hours) – can be booked between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.

Full day: 4 ,200 DKK, excluding VAT
(9 hours) – can be booked between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.

Evening: 2,150 DKK, excluding tax
(4 hours) – can be booked between 6:00 p.m. and 10:00 p.m.

The Big Secret Meeting Room / 14 people:
Half day: 4 ,200 DKK excl. tax
(4 hours) – can be booked between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.

Full day: 7 ,800 DKK, excluding VAT
(9 hours) – can be booked between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.

Evening: 4,200 DKK excl. tax
(4 hours) – can be booked between 6:00 p.m. and 10:00 p.m.

All meeting packages include complimentary hot and cold beverages for all participants. Extended or consecutive bookings can be arranged upon request. And yes, you can arrive earlier than 8:00 PM and stay later than 5:00 PM.

Are drinks included?

Yes—both hot and cold. All meeting packages include free beverages for all participants.

Will someone greet me and show me around?

Yes. We’d be happy to welcome you, show you around the facilities, and help with any last-minute details. The host or hostess is usually nearby during your stay and is ready to assist you.

How do I get there?

Metro:
The venue is a five-minute walk from Gammel Strand Metro Station (line M3). Change between line M2 ↔ M3 can be made both at Kongens Nytorv and at Copenhagen Central Station.

Car:
Parking is available on the street and in the parking garage under DAC/Blox. Entrance via Vester Voldgade 129.

Bus:
Bus lines 2A, 23, 26, 31 and 37. Get off at the stop Stormbroen/Nationalmuseet.

Harbour bus:
Get off at DAC/Blox.
