How much does it cost?

Meeting packages:
Half day DKK 1,950 excl. VAT
(4 hours) - can be booked between 8:00 and 17:00

Full day DKK 3,800 excl. VAT
(9 hours) - can be booked between 8:00 and 17:00

Evening DKK 2,150 excl. VAT
(4 hours) - bookable between 18:00 and 22:00

All meeting packages include free hot and cold drinks for up to 10 participants. Extended or consecutive bookings can be arranged upon request. Yes, you can come earlier than 8 and stay later than 17.

Are drinks included?

Yes - both hot and cold. All meeting packages include free drinks for up to 10 people.

- Milk (cow's milk/oat milk)

How does it work with catering?

Guests are welcome to arrange their own catering or delivery to the venue. Breakfast and/or lunch can be purchased as part of the meeting package.

- No external signage - detailed arrival instructions sent in advance.
- Key box for discreet arrival and departure - or we can open the room for you at the agreed time for contact-free access.
- Door phone in the room to let later arrivals in.
- No check-out - just close the door and leave the key.

Are we welcomed and shown around?

Answer. We are happy to welcome you, show you around the facilities and help with any final details.
The host/hostess is typically nearby during your booking and ready to assist.

How do I get there?

Metro:
The venue is a five-minute walk from Gammel Strand Metro Station (line M3). Change between line M2 ↔ M3 can be made both at Kongens Nytorv and at Copenhagen Central Station.

Car:
Parking is available on the street and in the parking garage under DAC/Blox. Entrance via Vester Voldgade 129.

Bus:
Bus lines 2A, 23, 26, 31 and 37. Get off at the stop Stormbroen/Nationalmuseet.

Harbour bus:
Get off at DAC/Blox.
