The Secret Meeting Room is a discreet and fully equipped meeting room in the heart of Copenhagen.
The meeting room is located opposite Christiansborg's riding arena and a 5-minute walk from Gammel Strand Metro Station. The unique thing about the room is that you can hold your meeting discreetly. You decide how much service you need from us.
The meeting room can accommodate up to 8 people, but is also suitable for personal conversations or sessions. The price of the meeting room is the same regardless of the number of attendees.
In addition to a large conference table with seven chairs, a 65-inch The Frame presentation screen, a whiteboard, and daylight lighting from Prolicht, the room also features its own 5G Wi-Fi and a kitchen with a Sage coffee maker and a fully stocked refrigerator. Last but not least, you’ll find a cozy alcove with a work desk.
All behind a glass partition with views and access to a quiet, cobbled courtyard with a 100-year-old elm tree in the middle.

You will have access to the meeting room for four hours between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. The price includes beverages for up to 8 participants. The price does not include VAT.

The meeting room features a conference table that seats 8 people, with comfortable Series 7 conference chairs designed by Arne Jacobsen. There are power outlets built into the table for computers, and chargers are available for your devices. Both rooms can accommodate more people than the specified number.

As a meeting organizer, you have your own isolated Wi-Fi router that delivers up to 1,000Mbit/s 5G network to all meeting participants without data limitations. You will find the network name and code in the meeting room.

65-inch Samsung The Frame display for presentations. You can connect your computer to the display via Wi-Fi or using the included USB-C or HDMI cable, which is compatible with most newer devices.
The screen also functions as a TV with the option to log on to streaming services.
Magnetic whiteboard 140 x 90 cm. In addition, whiteboard markers, magnets and erasers as well as post-it notes. -
In the kitchen, you'll find tableware for your guests, including:

A 3-seater alcove sofa with a matching desk and armchair, ideal for private conversations.

The meeting room is equipped with Hypro 40 hybrid lighting from PROLICHT with different settings depending on the atmosphere you want for the meeting. The lighting solution simulates daylight, optimizing your concentration.

The kitchen includes the following by default in all meeting packages:

The coffee machine in the meeting room is a Nespresso Sage Creatista, which makes the following café-quality coffees: ristretto, espresso, lungo, café latte, cappuccino, and latte macchiato.

The meeting room is open, turned on and ready for the time you booked.
Access. You will be welcomed by our host who will walk you through the facilities and assist with connecting devices, operating the coffee machine etc. You can also choose to use the room without an introduction and just use the guide in the room.
Entry phone. There is a door phone in the meeting room so you can let guests into the meeting room yourself. Guests should use the intercom button number 4 from the top: "Bag. St. Flink Heilberg"
Discretion. There is a large open glass section facing the courtyard that you can close with curtains. The room has the advantage that you can invite people to meetings very discreetly and out of the public eye.

You'll find the restroom in the entrance to the back building on the 1st floor. The toilet door is labeled with The Secret Meeting Room.
If the entrance is locked, use the key you have been given for the meeting room.

Our head office is located in the back building on the 3rd floor to the right. You can always call or come up if you need help. It says Flink + Heilberg on the door.

Discount: We reward returning customers with a 15% discount on the list price. If you book the room for several days/meetings, there is also a discount.
Payment: Invoice for the meeting will be sent when your meeting is booked. The prices shown are excluding VAT.
Cancellation: Bookings made less than 3 weeks before your meeting are binding, but can be canceled for a fee. See conditions under the meeting packages menu
Cancellation of the meeting room must be made by email and receipt must be confirmed by us.

Payment options
Invoice for the meeting will be sent when your meeting is confirmed by us. In the email there is an option for card payment. Payment must be made within 8 days to keep the booking.
The price shown is without VAT, which will be added. When paying by card, Clearhaus will add a 2.5% acquiring fee.
Are you from abroad? Please note that Danish VAT is payable for services delivered in Denmark. You have the option to deduct the VAT in your home country.
Cancellation
You can cancel the meeting room reservation free of charge up to 3 weeks before the meeting. If you wish to cancel less than 3 weeks before your meeting, a fee will apply:
• For cancellations made 8–21 days before the meeting date, a fee of 25% of the invoice amount will be charged.
• For cancellations 4–7 days before the meeting date, a fee of 50% of the invoice amount will be charged.
• For cancellations 1–3 days before or on the same day as the meeting date, the full invoice amount will be charged.

We reward returning customers with 15% off the list price.
If you book the meeting room for several days or several meetings at once, there is a discount on the list price.
